CONTRACTING
About Us
A Local Contractor, Built to Do It Right
HW Contracting is a licensed general contracting business serving Spokane and Spokane Valley — built around one idea: a client should never have to wonder what's happening on their job.
Why HW Contracting Exists
From the Job Site to Running the Job
HW Contracting was founded by Tanner Hickman after years of running other people's projects as a lead carpenter and superintendent. That experience shaped a simple mission: run every job the way it should have been run all along — realistic timelines, clear communication, and one contractor accountable for the whole project from start to finish.
Two Service Lines, One Company
General Contracting and Exterior Solutions, Working Together
HW Contracting operates two service lines under one roof. General Contracting covers ground-up new construction, full remodels, commercial tenant improvements, and fire/disaster rebuild — direct to homeowners and businesses. Exterior Solutions covers siding, irrigation, and exterior site work, offered both direct to homeowners and as a subcontractor to other general contractors who need a crew that shows up and finishes clean. Same standards, same accountability, whichever side of the business you're working with.
